Suggestions for Kickboxing workout

I was reading the thread in Open Discussion about Kimberly Spreen's newest workout. I'm tempted to get it, but I don't know if it's intense enough to keep your heart-rate up. I'd like something along the intensity of KPC, but it's okay if it has some KickMax-ish moments--I just don't want it to be all intensity drills and not much kickboxing. Actually, I would love something that works your upper body like Cardio Kicks, your overall--including core--like KPC, and your legs like KickMax.

Any suggestions?

I suggest you repost this in the Open Discussion forum. This forum is for questions/comments on Cathe's workouts only (and she has previously closed threads here that were discussions of other instructors' workouts).
