Slow Motion Lunges Gym Style Legs

OMG!! I did Gym Style Legs and I have to say those slow motion lunges killed me!

I really like this workout, I think there was enough variety to shake things up a bit. Yes there were the standards squats and lunges but there were also new variations of some exercise. The deadlifts done from the bottom up, leg press with the band, dead lifts with the toes raised...and my new 'most dreaded' Cathe move, those slow motion lunges.

These lunges are done after working the legs for close to half an hour and the count is down 4, hold 4, pulse up 4, hold 4, raise 4. OUCH!!

The music was mostly instrumental and it kept things flowing. I also want to say that I like the new set. I thought it would be too busy, but it was nice and bright and roomy.
