PUB -- Backwards

Hi everyone,

Recently, someone here recommended I do the abs section of PUB first since I had no arm strength left at the end for pikes on the ball. I tried that today and it worked wonderfully! So whoever you (wish I could remember) thanks!!!

I guess I owe that person, whoever it was, a "thanks" too. I did PUB on Wednesday, doing the ab section first, and got much further through the plank section. What a great feeling!

I've definitely done this before. It helps a lot. Plus, I feel like I've gotten the hardest part of the workout over with first so I really enjoy the rest of the workout after the ab work is done.
