Hi Karen. 4DS has several upper body/cardio premixes, varying in length:

Boot Camp and UB (105 mins)
Kicbox and UB (103 mins)
Boot Camp Circuit UB (61 mins)
Lower Intensity Step and UB (103 mins)
Higher Intensity Step and UB (99 mins)
Low Impact UB Circuit (68 mins)

Other premixes you might like:
--Athletic Training UB Express (46 mins)
--BM2 Cardio & Weights premix (71 mins)
--Cardio & Weights (the entire video alternates between cardio and UB; also has premixes)
--Drill Max Cardio and all UB (60 mins)
--High Step Training Cardio and UB only (35 mins)
--Low Impact Circuit UB Circuit (56 mins)

Glad I could help, but I can't take credit! I got most of the premix info from the awesome compendium of Cathe's workouts put together by another forum member. Pretty much any question you have about Cathe's workouts (besides STS) can be answered with the Cathe Compendium. It's awesome!!!
