new dvd's

Good morning ladies,
I love Cathe I have been doing her dvd's for about three years but I am new to the forum.Can someone explain the new dvd's to me I am confussed a little is there a format?I want to order them I just don't think I am sure how they work I work out six days a week and this is a four day spilt so I was wondering if someone could help me thanks soooo much good to be on the forum:)
 
If you want to workout 6 days a week with the new series, you could alternate with different cardio, something like the following:
Day 1: new series workout 1
Day 2: new series workout 2
Day 3: other cardio
Day 4: new series workout 3
Day 5: new series workout 4
Day 6: other cardio
Day 7: off/stretch
