Keep in mind I've only previewed this workout, havent done it. Overall my first impression was "WOW". Cathe and the crew seem to use heavier weights than other total body workouts like PH or ME. For my review I'll list the rep counts in parenteses ie. (2-2) count.

Dumbell Squats (warm-up) set
--24 reps (1-1)

Barbell Squats
--(4-4)x3, (2-2)x4, (1-1)x8
--low end pulses: (7-1)x2, (3-1)x2

Barbell Static Lunges

Band Leg Presses

Dumbell Plie Squats
--didnt get the count on these but she does 4 pulses with a weight in one hand, switches hands then does 4 more pulses...she does a set of these then another set doing only 2 pulses before putting the weight in the other hand

I'm sure I may have gotten some of the above wrong, but it's pretty close!

I didnt spend too much time previewing the core section, but I don't recall it containing any plank work.
