Just a comment - received yesterday my MIC tape and was very excited to give it a go. Got home, popped it in and away I went. OH MY LORD! I am very happy to say that I completed it the first time out with only one rewind on a tricky step. I haven't done straight aerobics in a long long time (always doing kickboxing and step) and forgot how intense it could be! Talk about sweat! It was POURING OFF me!
