How to use Gym Style?

Does anyone have any rotations yet for the HC series?

Curious how everyone will incorporate the Gym Style workouts. One each day with another full body workout later in the week? Do more than one Gym Style in a day?

Hoping Cathe posts some ideas for rotations once she's recovered!

I haven't gotten mine yet, but I plan to set up a rotation somewhat similar to P90X, which works well for me.

Monday: (or whatever day 1 is!): Chest/triceps + abs (one of the "core" workouts, perhaps
Tuesday: cardio
Wednesday: back/biceps/shoulders + abs
Thursday: legs
Friday: stretch/yoga
Saturday: full body functional fitness workout (not Cathe: maybe TLP, or Kimberley Spreen, or Core Secrets))
Sunday: rest or stretch
