OH MY GOD!!! I feel this way every time I do this video. I felt like crying during the floorwork at actually yelled "Somebody help me, PLEASE!" But I got through it. Now I'm hooked. ;)

I couldn't do the abs though. Thank goodness this wasn't an "ab day," otherwise I'd still be on the floor with a look of shock and disbelief on my face!
 
Congratulations on surviving! I remember that the chest flies in that video always left my arms shaking, even though the weights weren't that heavy. :)

Exactly. Doing chest flies on the step really makes a difference. I started with #8 dumbells (I usually doe flies with these) and had to pyramid down to # 5). I don't feel too sore this morning... yet!
