How many risers?

Hi! I just finished Leaner legs for the first time!!! Kicked my butt, literally!!! Just wonder how many risers you all use for leg presses. I know some of it depends on how tall you are and if you have knee problems.
 
Isn't LL a killer? I have some knee issues, so I use 4 risers under my high step for leg presses. I have tried using 5 risers, but I found that I maintain better form using 4. I really concentrate on squeezing my glute. In my opinion, higher isn't neccessarily better, it's all about form. I have gotten great results from LL.

I agreen w/ Runninggal. I'm 5' 4" and sometimes have gone to 6 risers (total 16") because that's what I used w/ The FIRM. But those workouts don't even come close to the total number of sets/reps that Cathe's workouts offer. 5 risers (total 14") is my usual standard w/ Cathe and of course, employing impeccable form... no pushing off floor ...keeping the muscles in my support leg from my glute to my foot contracted ...shoulders back and head up!
