I agreen w/ Runninggal. I'm 5' 4" and sometimes have gone to 6 risers (total 16") because that's what I used w/ The FIRM. But those workouts don't even come close to the total number of sets/reps that Cathe's workouts offer. 5 risers (total 14") is my usual standard w/ Cathe and of course, employing impeccable form... no pushing off floor ...keeping the muscles in my support leg from my glute to my foot contracted ...shoulders back and head up!
