Default how to get in shape for your wedding

I came across this video (not dvd) a long time ago, but it really works for me. I'm 54 so alot of the newer dvds are just too tough for me. My question is what dvd can I get now that is very similar (the moves etc.) like the ones ing the 'How to get in shape for your wedding' video.

Hopefully some of the long time users will know what tape I'm talking about. Thanks!

Hi Seven,

Cardio Hits ,Basic Step/Cardio Fusion or Low Impact Step don't have complex choreography, IMO! The moves are very simple, but you still get your HR up.

Hope this helps!

Also the DVD of classic workouts: Step Heat, Step Jam, and Step Max, is similar. Mega Step Blast, if you can find it, also is very similar (I found this one if my local library).

I actually did the wedding video the other day. I even did the strength portion and found the leg lifts with 5 lb weights very challenging. :-)

Have a great day!

Cathe,
Please consider doing a remake of this workout and some of the other older ones.

Thanks.
