Wow, this one really moves. The gang was dripping sweat by the 20 minute mark. I have to say this one looks better than the other high step workouts. The choeography was a bit more creative and the tempo was at a nice pace that just kept going.

The music was pretty good too. I found the warm up song really motivating. So far the Hardcore Series is better than I ever expected. I'm liking the fact that so far, the cool downs are all about six minutes. Cathe is giving us a really good stretch at the end of these workouts.
