My High Reps DVD has always skipped so I really haven't used it very often. I can muddle my way through the warm-up and then it stops skipping during the shoulders section, but the first legs section is a mess. Could anyone give me a breakdown on the counts and number of reps for this section.... squats, plié squats and dumbbell squats?... I can see that the rep speed/counts change but I cant figure out to what and how often. Any help would be greatly appreciated.... I like the rest of the workout but I get so annoyed in that first section that I usually just turn it off.
