Help me to categorize these!

Hi,

I'm trying to following a rotation backbone (thanks Fitness Freak) of:

Total body workout
Cardio
Circuit
Cardio
Lower body
Cardio
Rest

Could someone help me categorize the following discs into an above category? Please???

Afterburn
Athletic Training
Cardio Supersets
Total Body Trisets
Slide and Glide
Turbo Barre
Low Impact Challenge Step
Burn Sets
Supercuts
All-Out Low Impact HiiT
Tabatacise
Cardio Leg Blast

I was able to do the majority of my inventory but it's the newer discs that seem to be stumping me.

Afterburn - cardio BUT many feel this is a great LB w/o too :eek:. You WILL have DOMS :eek:
Athletic Training - cardio + circuit if done in it's entirety w/toning section.
Cardio Supersets - cardio
Total Body Trisets - UB & LB weight training
Slide and Glide - cardio + circuit if done in it's entirety w/toning section
Turbo Barre - total body weight training w/o if done in it's entirety with a great emphasis on LB.
Low Impact Challenge Step - cardio
Burn Sets - UB weight training
Supercuts - circuit
All-Out Low Impact HiiT - cardio BUT could be considered a LB w/o as well. You might get DOMS.
Tabatacise - cardio
Cardio Leg Blast - LB weight training + cardio (plyo)
