Default Favorite StretchMax segment

OK, I finally got StretchMax & have so far only done the regular stretch & today did the one with the ball. Not sure that I really liked it though. Some of them I felt like I was concetrating to much on the stupid ball & not feeling the stretch. I guess with practice it will become easier.

What segments do you guys like best?

My favorite is the segment with the ball. I feel like I really get a good stretch.

I know I'll have to give it several more tries. I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

My favorite segment is the band work, followed by the floor. I never do the ball segment because for some reason, even though I don't have a problem balancing on the ball, I find it difficult to get deep into the stretch when I'm using it.

I agree with the ball taking too much focus, and I really like the stretch with the band, especially if I 've had a particularly hard workout week!

My favorite is the band. That is the one I choose to do most often.

I like the ball best, band the least..however, I am tempted to use the band again after reading replies.

The first few times I did the band, I did not like it at all and was planning to never do it again. What I realized, though, is that I was using a very thin band that rolled up on itself and stuck together and was generally a pain in the you-know-what. When I switched bands, to the green one that is heavier duty, it made all the difference in the world.
