I'm doing a modified version of the August 2005 BootCamp rotation, and it called for Circuit Max and CTX Upper Body. I ended up skipping the weight sections of Circuit Max (fast forwarding on the DVD) and subbing an upper body part. So it was CM first Hi/Lo followed by CTX Back, then CM 2nd Hi/Lo followed by CTX Chest... I added abs on after the last step section. I feel very worked out - and I got in a great cardio burn as well as a decent upper body workout. I had forgotten how I do like CTX Upper Body.

I love your idea! One question, though. The CTX segments are typically about 10 minutes long. Didn't you find yourself too cooled down by the start of each cardio segment?

Hmm, never really thought of that. I do a lot of circuits and interval training, so I'm used to starting cooler, I guess.
