CTX UB Question

How long are the weight segments individually? In one of Cathe's Rotations ( To lose 20-30 lbs )she said to train 2 body parts for one hour during the second pre-conditioning week. She said we could sub CTX weights for it...will 2 body parts equal an hour?
 
warm - up 5 1/2min, back (12 1/2 min.), chest (10 min.), shoulders (10 min.), biceps (10 min.) and triceps (12 min.) and a 3 1/2 min stretch)
