Circuit Max + HSA Cardio

Today I did CM cardio only (FF thru weight sections and ran in place) then at the end of the cardio I tacked on the cardio only from HSA, then went back to CM at the plank session and stretch. Nice 60 minute cardio! Give it a try.

I just got back from x-country skiing 8 miles too and my legs feel like rubber bands! Hope I can walk tomorrow!

Hi Nancy,

I tried something similar one day with C&W and BC. Boy, I was winded. I bet that give you some cardio endurance training for your X-country skiing.

Just had to comment on the cross country skiing. I love that sport and miss it very much. Not much snow in Arkansas, although we got a dusting tonight. I am from the Northwest and lived in Finland for awhile. You mentioning x-country skiing shot some real longing through my heart, not just for the sport, but for the mountains and scenery that go along with it.
