Well, I've only previewed it, but it seems like less of an endurance workout than ME upon first viewing. I was disappointed to see that the tricep exercises are dips and french presses. My triceps respond much better to other tricep exercises like the cross-body exercise (what's that called?) and kickbacks. Some part of my body gets tired during french presses before my triceps do, and dips tire out my wrists, so my triceps lose out. I was also disappointed to see that push-ups were the main chest exercise, as I don't do too well with them either :-(
I'll give it a chance though.
