Is the workout 10-10-10 on VHS,
The same as the one on the Crosstrain
X-Press DVD?
Are you allowed to return an opened DVD or VHS pkg? I have 2 of the same accidentally.x(

Yep, 10-10-10 is one of the workouts on the Crosstrain X-Press dvd. I'm not sure about returns but you can email customer service.
