Breakdown for ME/BC bonus?

Does anyone have a breakdown for the Intensity Series Bonus workout that combines parts of Bootcamp and Muscle Endurance? Thanks!

Here you go! I wrote it down on an index card one day:

Boot camp warm -up (5 min.)
Jack combo/squats/barbell rows (9 min.)
Dead lifts/dead row with clean and press (14 min.)
Sumo squats/static lunges/leg press (20 min.)
Static lunges/bicep barbell curls (28 min.)
Power kicks/front and side kicks/ military presses (34 min.)
Rear delt raises/side raises (37 min.)
Jack comb/plie squats/ leg press/ squats (45 min.)
Dips/ kickbacks/chest flies/ push ups (53 min.)
Abs (62 min.)
Stretch

It's a fun circuit workout.
