boot camp medicine ball

Hello all! I am considering getting Boot Camp and was wondering if there is any substitute for using a medicine ball. They seem a little pricey for my budget right now...Thanks ahead of time for your suggestions!! Pam:7

There is a modification in the workout for using a dumbbell.

Yes, a dumbell works fine. I got my 10lb. med ball at Walmart for about $10 and I love it. I know there are others out there that cost upwards of $30. So shop around if you eventually decide to buy one. You don't need to spend a fortune.

i use a dumb bell... i even use it for the reverse crunches where lorraine just does without... i hold it tightly between my knees!

You can also find medicine balls on ebay for less than $30. Personally I think ebay was invented for fitness equipment.
