Barbell Weight-Lower Body Blast

I love Lower Body Blast- what a killer leg workout! I am wondering what the weight load is of Cathe's barbell in this one? I have found that I need to adjust the total weight depending on which exercise (squats, one legged lunges etc) I am doing. Curious about how much Cathe uses since she sticks with one weight load. Thank you!
 
I have been doing thirty pounds

I love this workout, and I have been using thirty pounds for the lunges. I admit that it is difficult to tell what she is using.
 
I'm curious about this, too. I've been using 35 pounds for the squats and 30 pounds for the lunges.
