Added on the 100 rep hip thrust challenge yesterday when done with Afterburn and can I just say, wow!
Walking funny today and my spin class was extra challenging. Yikes, Cathe, you know how to fire it up!
 
You were very brave for doing the hip thrusts after Afterburn. The first time I did Afterburn I couldn't do much except soak in the tub :) I've been doing the 100 rep hip thrusts twice a week for the past four weeks (in the middle of the Xtrain rotation) and it's been doing great stuff for my rear. But I'd NEVER try it after Afterburn!
