Cathe - I just wanted to thank you for all your incredible workouts. Even though I have only been working out with you for a year and a half, I've seen an incredible difference in endurance, stamina and muscle development with your workouts. I throw a couple of other workouts in for variety, but truly none compare to yours. The fact that you are so interactive with us viewers is what makes you so special to me. (My partner laughs at me when I talk back to you.) Not to mention that you are in a class by yourself when it comes to looks, personality, intelligence and sense of humor. I'm fifty this year and I'm in great shape physically and mentally, most of which I attribute to your workouts. Thanks for being you.
