XTrain 90 day undulating rotation

I have been following the 90 day undulating workout program for XTrain (which I am LOVING, by the way!). I am using the XTrain User's Guide for my rotation. I am entering into Week 6 and have a question - it looks like Tuesday is Chest, Back and Shoulders, then Wednesday is Tabatacise: Your choice of Premix 12, 13, 14 or 15. All of those premixes include Burn Set Back. Is this intentional? Should we be working the back again w/o a day's rest? Should we just be doing Premix 2, 3, 4 and 5 instead? It looks like this is the lineup for Weeks 6, 7, 8 and 11. I apologize if this question has already been asked - I looked but did not see it.
