which workouts increase power?

Hi Cathe, and all,
I am nearly 61, have been working out for 38 years and I want to be working out for the next decades. I read Cathe's article on power (as opposed to strength) and wondered which of her dvd's would help me focus on increasing power. According to the article she posted power decreases with age, and I sure want to offset that as much as possible.

Increased strength helps power, so all manner of weight training is good. Plus plyo/HiiT, also generates power, increased propulsive force, explosiveness. Take a look at the following article and the workouts detailed in it for suggestion.
