Cathe, Cyndie or whoever might have an opinion~I have been doing moderate level jogging for a few weeks now and decided today to put in some sprinting. I went 20 laps (5 miles) and every 4th. lap, I would sprint at a faster pace and then go back to my moderate level for three, continuing this til I was done. Would this be effective as far as "Interval Training" being that the intervals are spaced so far apart? Thanks for your time.
