Will there be floor work with the Slow and Heavy Series?

Hi Cathe!! I love the PS Series! So much in fact that I miss it everytime go on another rotation! However, I'm excited about the 5 new videos!! So I'm wondering will there be any floor work in the slow and heavy like with PS SLA? I know most people hate it and I do too, to start with, but I get good results! Anyway, just wondering...... I know you're busy so if you can't answer, I can wait and see. I'm just on pins and needles already waiting for them and wondering what they'll be like;-)! Ok, thanks for everything you do!

Hi Aimee! These tapes will not have floor work for legs, but we have included side lunges for inner/outer thigh work !
