What type of workout would you suggest?

Hi Cathe,

I have doing your videos/DVD's for many years and whilst I'm very fit I am 5ft 10 and stocky (244lbs and size 16). I know food is a major part of it. But I'm not sure what sort of workouts I should be doing. More or less weights (I do 3weight workouts a week) More or less cardio (I do cardio 4 times a week). Because of my build is there any of your rotations you would recommend or type of workout that you think in conjunction with a clean diet will help me to lose weight?
