What rotation do you currently follow?

Hi Cathe - you don't need to be specific, but I would like to know what you do in your 7 or 10 day rotations? For example Mondays - cardio; Tuesdays - total body lifting plus cardio; ect.......

I would just like to get a general idea of what your weekly rotation looks like and also duration of each session.......one more thing......how often do you change your rotations on average??
