I have just been told that I will have a tumor removed and a pin put in my foot . Okay, I will have to give up aerobics for a while. Can't I continue to keep my upper body in shape? Doctor has given his Okay for me to do so. Which one of your tapes can be done while sitting/laying? Would be sincerely grateful for your help - Zatlyn
