weights vs cardio

During these few weeks around the holidays, I usually cut back on my workouts. When I do have time, say 3 hours a week, should I focus more on weights or cardio?

Hi, lay, I have read that if you must choose one over the other, strength training is the way to go.:)

Hi Lay! It totally depends on what your goals are. But if you want to maintain overall conditioning, do 30 minutes of each (cardio and weights) per workout.
