I do arms three times a week and legs twice. I have your tapes (except the new ones). I also work out at a gym on weekends. My question is, can I drop down to arms twice a week and legs once a week and still maintain what I've already acomplished in the way things look.
 
Yes, for a few weeks for sure. Then IF or when you see that something is beginning to "slip", add in the second workout every other week
