Hi Cathe,

Quick question. I am wondering which is best. Should you stay with particular tape/series for a rotation (till the results decline)for maximum muscle building, OR is it OK (can you get the same results) if you just switch around? I get bored VERY easily. BUT, I'm also the poster child for ectos and I don't build muscle easily. Can I just pop in the tape I feel like doing? Or do I need to stick with the same thing for a while for maximum results?

Hi Robin! I find classic ectos need to stay focused with one rotation at a time to encourage muscle growth. But enjoying what you do is the key to sticking with it. See if you can compromise and do your weekly "fixed" rotation plus one tape of your choice within the week for about 12 weeks. Good Luck!
 
Thanks so much. Wondering about that was bugging me. I had NO IDEA I needed to stick with something for that long for best results. HHHMMMMM. Now I just gotta decide which tapes to use. So many tapes.... so little decisiveness....Robin.
