Weight loss on stomach

I have a problem with water retention, im an extreamely fit person, like yourself, but at times, my stomach bloats through 2 much water, this is starting 2 affect my health has I tend not 2 drink 2 many fluids now, do u know of n e excersises that would help with this problem?

Hi Pam! Try to take less water more frequently. Instead of drinking a glass of water every 90 minutes or so, try drinking a half of a glass every 45 minutes. Good Luck!
