Dear Cathe,

I started using your videos the last of 2004 and still now in 2005. I think you are the best aerobics and muscle conditioning personality I have ever seen.

The thing is I am 48 years old and I am having a really hard time losing weight. I am 5'7" tall and weigh about 170 pounds. I am medium size build. When I gain weight I gain it all over but now it seems to mostly surround my mid section. I would like to get down to at least 150 before the end of this summer. I want to build more muscle and lose the fat around my abs, what kind of a diet would you suggest me trying?
