Weight lifting

Hi Cathy. I'm writing because I want to start an exercise program that incorporates weight lifting. Since I am new to your products, I need help choosing the right exercise program.

Which video would you recommend for a beginner/intermediate lifter?

I want to loose weight and work mostly on my thighs since this area has been my biggest challange.

If it would help my statisics are as follows:

Age: 49
Weight: 165 pounds
Hight: 5'4"
Mesurements:
thighs: 28"
butt: 44 1/2"
hips 41 1/2"
waist: 33"
bust: 38 1/2"
arms: 12 3/4"


I do cardio on a bike or elliptical trainer 3 to 5 days a week for 30 to 45 minutes.

If you can help me with suggestions on which videos to choose, I would love it.
