Hi Cathe!
I was reading an interesting article about the things a good warm up should include (more aggressive if the workout is going to be high impact and so on) but it stated that there were few concerns about the type of stretching to follow after the warm-up itself: ballistic or dynamic stretching seemed to be more effective in improving performance instead of static stretching. Is it that true?Would you mind sharing a piece of advice on this topic, even in one of your next newsletters?thank you so much!
