Hi there! First of all, I want to say how much I absolutely love every workout you have ever made. They are by-far the very best!
I have been trying to do one split weight workout a week and one endurance style the same week (along with my cardio). I workout 5-6 days a week, 1 1/2 hours a day. 1/2 hour of this is a floorwork routine (ie PLB floor, or floor from PS, etc)But this week, I did the Viper and my other weight workout has been the Pyramid's. Should I try to do ME a day this week, or would Viper be considered a total body weight workout that could take the place of ME this week, or should I try to add it in (ME or PH, etc)?
