Upper body workout

Hi Cathe and educated people,

While doing upper body workouts like ctx upper body mix or power hour, I notice some pain in my neck and between my shoulders when I am working in a standing position. This part gets really tight and it begins to hurt maybe thirty minutes after having started working out the upper body. The pain does not last when I finish to work. Can anyone tell me what it is and how I can avoid it ?

I just want to add that those muscle workouts are wonderful : I am getting some definition in both upper and lower body, and what I am proud of is that I can feel muscles I thought I never had ! I want to thank Cathe for your really fun and efficient workouts, and also the people who write posts in videofitness, because this is where I found out Cathe's workouts. :D
