I'm new to your workout & I'm having a BLAST!! :7 :7

I wanted to know if your Upper Body & Lower Body Splits are considered Muscle Endurance workouts?

Hi XenaFan! They favor improving strength gains. I would suggest our Muscle Endurance workout to improve your muscle endurance.
