Um, why are you laughing, Cathe?

I was doing PS: SL&A today and my 4 year old asked me "What is she doing (referring to Cathe)?"

"She's exercising," I replied.

"Why is she laughing?" he asked.

I had to stop and put my barbell down to laugh safely.

He also has gotten into the habit of flexing his biceps and saying "Feel my muscles."

(Ahem) I have no idea why he does that (Ahem).

Oh the joys of children. Give your little guy a big hug from me and tell him that I'm laughing because I love how he watches and joins his mommy in her exercise!
