Tubing and resistance bands

Can the tubing needed in Body Fusion be substituted by the resistance bands needed in the new workouts?

I know that you can substitute the tubing with dumbbells.

I saw handles that can be attached to the resistance band and I wonder if it would work like a tubing with them.
