Hello,
I am a recent 6-7 day per week exerciser. I have also just joined this forum, so I am a new user (Be kind!) My story: about 7 years ago I lost about 30-35 pounds on my own working out at home. I had a son 4 years ago. I gained a about 40-50 pounds since I have had him. So losing 50 pounds would put me at the ideal weight for my age and size. My husband and I now want another baby and I can't get pregnant. I have found in the past that frequent exercise has helped put my "system" back in check, therefore I have started back on my rigid exercise regime. After reading some of the posts regarding exercise and getting pregnant, should I be doing this rigid routine. I feel ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC after doing Cathe's Low Max workout so I really don't want to stop. If anyone has any advice that would be excellent.
