It would be a REAL TREAT for all of us to receive STS for Halloween!

I just saw your STS legs on YouTube and I can't wait!!!! Those paper plate exercises look fun - and really hard. Burn, baby, burn!!!

whoa that would be a treat, and I think the trick would be to walk afterwards ;D The youtube clip is AWESOME!!! Now my 2 year old will be trying to "exerbise" with paper plates instead of his version of walking lunges...he's so funny when he does them...

Well, I don't think I will make that deadline but I am still pushing hard to get these on Santa's sleigh in time.

Btw, Your observation of the plates is very accurate....
