treadmill ?

How do you get the 'best burn' in your rear & thighs when on a treadmill? I seem to only feel it in my calves. I've tried everything from walking, running, then walking on an incline.

Any suggestions would be great!

Walking on an incline is usually the best for butt ... but if your incline only goes to 10% you won't get the same benefit as one that goes up to 15%

Yes, I did it on a 15 incline today walking at about a 3.7. My calves were burning, but I didn't really feel it anywhere else.

We have 2 professional bodybuilders that bought the gym I go to, I'll ask them tomorrow:)
 
The other option with walking on the treadmill on an incline is to SLOOOOW the speed down and do more "lunge" movements kicking the back lef out when you come up. Tracey Staehle does it in her Walking Strong treadmill workout. It is a good bun burner!
