Hi! If you have any of my older tapes (Powermax, Step Heat, Step Fit), you may want to do them for a few tries first. But if not, use the non bench tapes in the Express series until you have had time to preview the bench ones. Perhaps you can watch them in your free time or while you fold laundry or during a stretch after a cardio workout. Make it your goal to learn five minutes a night. After about a two week preview period you should be able to attempt the two bench tapes with much greater success. Good Luck!
