Hi Cathe, I am on my third week of doing the slow and heavy series and I love it. I even had one of my male co-workers notice my biceps and wonder if I was training for Gladiator.:-gloat Anyway my question is about the ten degree tilt. I really like it and it makes a huge difference in keeping down the 'swing'. In Power Hour you use the split stance, which after doing all of that leg work, my body is looking for a third leg to stand on and cant handle it. So is it ok to use the tilt instead?
