Suggestions for "Stick Girl?"

I'm one of those folks that's small-boned and thin - comes from both sides of the family. I was always told it would never be any different. Now, thanks to using PS and S & H, I know better.

I would be interested to hear helpful suggestions from anyone with similar build. Obviously, I'm not worried about reducing body fat or losing weight. I want to gain weight (in the right places!), muscle tone and shapeliness.


Currently, I'm doing nothing but the above tapes and am rotating upper and lower body on different days. I've tried to increase my caloric intake, too. Y'all help me out here!
